Femme Fatale

The only thing we love more than weddings are fellow female entrepreneurs. We hope more young women get out there and do what truly makes them smile. We are soooo proud to be able to work with the women below and are super excited to see where their business ventures take them! Can we also note how stunning they all are?!

Renée is not only a very dear friend, but also an inspiring Toronto- based freelance filmmaker & photographer. Among her long list of accomplishments, Noodle (as she is affectionately known- by me at least) most recently shot MRS. first short video. We love her and everything she does. ps. the video  will be debuted shortly...

Her passion for flowers and floral design & decor was what prompted Lisa to start her own floral business focusing on events and weddings. We love her fresh unique ideas and can't wait to showcase them at our bridal shower next week and our grand opening reception in September.

BFF's Lauren and Emily met in school and soon after started Lift Beauty Boutique at the age of 21 (umm impressive!) They now provide mobile services for weddings, sweet 16's, charity functions and bachelorette parties. Their mission is to make beauty fun, fast, flawless, stress free and convenient- which we found out for ourselves at our video shoot up north. If you want a fashion forward look with no fuss or muss these are the ladies to call.

After travelling around the world and testing out as many different types of desserts & pastries as humanly possible, Lauren decided to live out her dream of starting Koko's Cakes. Her time as a pastry chef and commitment to only using the finest and freshest quality ingredients makes Koko's success a sure bet. We are seriously looking forward to the treats for our media day and lovely wedding cake our family, friends & media will be able to enjoy at MRS. September reception!

From assistant editor at FASHION Magazine to acting director of Public Relations at Hermes Canada, Charise has been a very busy lady! Recently Charise co-founded Lucky Penny a successful lifestyle blog and started up her own public relations agency Kaeru Communications. Her client roster ranges from fashion & beauty to retail & lifestyle. We adore her and could not have had such a great launch without her!
